What is Pilates?


Pilates is a system of low impact exercises and stretches designed to improve overall strength, flexibility, mobility and posture.

Duration of each class: one hour.

Once off individual assessment R 295 (contact Salomi for an appointment)
Cost for one class per week R 95 per class
Cost for two classes per week R 85 per class
